Version 2.0.0 of GLX CARGO is being released next week and includes powerful new features and functionality for your commercial cargo operators. Here’s a snapshot of what’s new.

CUSTOM FIELDS CONFIGURATION

This new functionality enables users to: 

·       Configure the positions and leg detail views to display the most important data first

·       Create custom fields to match their ETRM and shipping terminology

·       Re-order fields on the position and leg views as required

CUSTOM REPORTS FOR TASKS 

GLX CARGO now allows users to create and export reports for their tasks, with the ability to add or remove columns/fields as needed. 

DUPLICATE CONTRACTS 

GLX CARGO now offers the ability to duplicate an existing contract in the system so users don’t need to re-enter contract information manually.

REPLY DIRECTLY TO NOTES  

To enhance user clarity, you can now reply directly to notes made in the system which helps with tracking updates and improving communication.

SUPPORT FOR WEBHOOKS

Via Webhooks, real time integration with the GLX CARGO platform is now facilitated. This means when an event occurs in GLX CARGO (for example, when a previously matched position has a leg removed leaving the position short/uncommitted) this change can be instantly reflected in third party systems including your ETRM.

WARNINGS FOR QUANTITY RANGES IN LEG DETAILS

Cargo operators will now receive error warnings if data is entered incorrectly into the quantity range field on a leg.
